Local residents are signing on to a petition that could put the future of proposed wood burning biomass plants in the hands of the voters. The Stop Spewing Carbon campaign says they want change the law and limit the amount of carbon dioxide biomass plants emit in order to qualify as renewable energy, but they'll need signatures first.  « Less
