A Minot man has been accused of stealing a vehicle from the parking lot of Nola's Lounge, leading police on a chase and then breaking into a mobile home where he attempted to hide under a bed. 27-year-old Arthur Smith was arrested Sunday and charged with theft, fleeing and criminal trespass charges. Police say the owner of the mobile home was gone at the time of the incident.  « Less
