Local towns wondering how they'll survive another round of cuts after Governor Deval Patrick announces declining state revenues. 22NEWS reporter Shane Symolon discovered towns may be forced to cut their budgets further. Patrick says the state's revenues for the first quarter were about 200 million below what was projected. He's not saying what will have to go in the budget, leaving towns guessing what will happen to their local aid money. « Less
