Dozens of Kent County families are expected to gather tonight for a free meal where parents can learn how to talk to their kids about substance abuse. The event, called Table Talk, is part of a national campaign to encourage families to communicate more regularly. It will be held, rain or shine, at the picnic area outside John Ball Zoo from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Shannon Ingram-Cohen of the Kent County Prevention Coalition talks about the event. « Less
