Ricci Gardner has been appointed Toledo's new economic development director. A former Dana employee, Gardner has more than 20 years experience in rail operations. Mayor Carty Finkbeiner said Thursday morning Gardner's experience will make him a perfect fit for Toledo. Since the position is an appointment by the mayor, Gardner is only guaranteed a job until the end of the year.  « Less
