The City of Austin is saying all dogs could be required to wear a leash as soon as next motn at the off-leash dog park at Bull Creek. The Austin's watershed protection department said dog droppings are making e.coli levels too high in the creek. The city wants the new rules to go into effect on Sept. 8. A public meeting is scheduled for later this month. « Less
