The Milwaukee Ethics Board has dismissed a complaint against Police Chief Ed Flynn. Community activist LaMonte Harris filed that complaint because of the chief's affair. He also wants the Fire and Police Commission to look into it. There is also a request for a John Doe investigation.  « Less
