Soldiers and their families are honored at one of the state's largest guard sendoff ceremonies. Thousands of military families and friends prepare to say goodbye today... The largest single mission deployment in North Dakota since the Korean War. This afternoon marks one of two sendoff ceremonies for the soldiers. They will train for the NATO peace-keeping mission in Indiana and Germany before heading to Kosovo for around 12 months..
