say the suspect is someone who's been in troubl with them before. he's already wanted for failure to comply, and had a protection order designed to keep him away from his son and his estranged wife. here's who authorities are looking for. 51-year-old monty ray turner, and son luke turner. police say the father broke into the mother's home just after ten this morning. he assaulted her, and subdued her with pepper spray and a taser. turner then took his son and rode away on a bicycle with a child's seat. but police believe turner lar fled in a vehicle parked nearby. it's believed to be a ford 350 pickup truck, blue and gray in color. it has colorado tag number 245-flj. within the last 30 minutes, authorities say they found the truck abandoned in weld county. but they wouldn't say where, Junction blaze that broke out at an orchard mesa townhome complex this afternoon. multiple units in the building were heavily damaged, forcing tenants to find homes for the night. kjct news eight's shannon ballard spoke with one man that watched as his home and belongings burned. she joins us now live. shannon. there was heavy smoke and flames when fire units arrived at beacon court. the blaze grew quickly, forcing many people living there to scramble without grabbing valuables. crews quickly contained the fire to the initial two units involved. now the fire is put out, crews are investigating the cause, and harry shrum and his neighbors are salvaging whathey can from their apartments. this is my wife and my bedroom and you can see there the studs and the roof there. its gone. its burried in smoke and installation and water and everything else. it got pretty bad. on the back side is my sons room. shrum is evaluating what he has left and says his family will move forward and be alright. they have relatives in the area to stay with. the red cross is on scene helping those impacted by the fire. everyone was able to evacuate without injury. however, one dog was rescued Bikers say it's the least they could to do show their support. "Soldiers give their lives for us every day to live so I am just grateful for them and I hope somehow this can help represent my appreciation." Many of the bikers are former military and have returned from Afghanistan, Iraq and even Vietnam. They say events like this are worth every dollar raised. "I am a former military member myself I like to help out another soldier, soldiers helping soldiers and I enjoy riding and good fellowship with the guys.""When this charity motorcylce ride was originally put together, the intent was to do it for one year, but organizers say as long as there is a need they'll continue to ride and raise money to help out the soldiers, rain or shine.""I don't know where it will ever end or if it will ever end. As long as we have support for it and a cause, I think we'll always have that cause for the troops." Bikers say this is one of many charitable acts they like to do annually because it shows they too have a heart and care for those who are in need of extra assistance. for couch, facing three counts of molesting three children, that he knows and this morning prosecutors filed a motion to keep him in jail until trial. couch made a threat last december, in which he told someone he would harm people who had a part in getting him arrested. the judge ordered the hearing to consider the evidence of that. >> i don't want mr. couch to have to be unnecessarily detained. but i think for our purposes of the roles and the state's motion, that i am going to hold it over. >> the judge set a hearing for tuesday morning. that's the same day couch faces a hearing at the sheriff's office. that one will decide whether he gets fired. >>> in a crash between a pedestrian and an s.u.v., police blame the person walking on the road for causing it. state troopers say
