fire may not sound like working out... many say this is the type of race that makes fitness fun. clean running shoes at the starting line... but in warrior dash- you get dirty pretty quick. "alright guys this barbwire is dangerous but at least the waters warm" THE water is not warm- the climbing walls are not that EASY... :01 I see you skipped something... I did do to higher health care costs. Plus I'm scared of heights. and the fire- well the fire - is really just a little jump... but when watching the warrior dash- the motivation to exercises is contageous... "its been fun, its been a challenging one" THE warrior dash is a major motivator for guys like jimmie doss. "I tried for years to lose weight with no luck but these kind of events make it fun" before jimmy started training for another warrior dash a couple years ago --- he weighed 430 pounds ... "I had no confidences and thats where it started and i didnt want to be that guy no more"
