Sean Morgan - Founder and CEO

Mr. Morgan is a pioneer in online syndication. As one of the founders of ScreamingMedia, a leading provider of information management solutions for the aggregation, distribution and integration of real-time business and financial information into websites, intranets, wireless sites and interactive television, he developed the product specifications and key features of what became ScreamingMedia's core product, the Editors Desk. Morgan also developed the first royalty pool sharing model for Internet syndication that allowed thousands of content producers to benefit from ScreamingMedia's meteoric rise to the Internet's largest text syndication network. He crafted the initial content partnership deals for ScreamingMedia with the The Associated Press, PR Newswire, New York Times Syndicate and Comtex, which included other newswires such as Deutsche Press, Agence French Press, Xinhua and Kyodo News service and many others. Morgan went on to build a 60-person sales and business development organization, and grew monthly revenue from $15,000 to $1.8 million in under 24 months. ScreamingMedia debuted on the Nasdaq in August of 2000 and was subsequently acquired by CBS MarketWatch for over $100 million.

Rey Contreras - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Contreras joins ClipSyndicate, a service of Critical Mention from Pennell Venture Partners, where he was responsible for internal operations, screening new business opportunities and structuring new financings. Mr. Contreras led the firm's investment in Critical Mention and worked closely with the management team for over a year before joining. Previously, Mr. Contreras was Senior Associate - Project Development for Poseidon Resources, a private developer and financier of large-scale infrastructure projects. Mr. Contreras has a BA in Economics/Operations Research from Columbia University.

Tim Reusing - Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Mr. Reusing brings over 10 years of experience counseling public and private technology and Internet companies. Previously, Mr. Reusing served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of On2 Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: ONT), a video compression and streaming software provider. While at On2, Mr. Reusing played a leading role in achieving broad adoption of On2's software in the marketplace and negotiating and establishing On2's key U.S. and international relationships, including with companies such as Adobe/Macromedia, Sony, XM Satellite Radio, Brightcove, America Online, NTT and VideoEgg. Before joining On2, Mr. Reusing was Vice President and General Counsel of Alloy, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOY). Mr. Reusing began his legal career in private practice with Covington & Burling in Washington D.C. and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Mr. Reusing received his JD from William & Mary Law School and his BA from Gettysburg College.

Nancy Dunn - Vice President, Advertising Strategy

Ms. Dunn brings over 10 years of experience in developing revenue and business development strategies on the Internet. Prior to joining ClipSyndicate, Ms. Dunn was with AOL for 7 years where she was most recently Director of Business Strategy and Operations in the Sales Development group. There she developed and led the implementation of AOL's advertising inventory strategy and helped lead AOL's transition to a new ad serving system. Ms. Dunn also held account management and strategy positions at AOL. Before joining AOL, Ms. Dunn was with Time Inc. where she launched a commerce system that enabled subscription sales online.

Jim Pavoldi - Vice President, Business Development & Distribution

Mr. Pavoldi joins ClipSyndicate with a wealth of experience from Internet start-ups focused on delivering value to the "long tail". Most recently he was the SVP of Sales at NetContent, which provides publishing tools that deliver and maintain dynamic content in client websites, intranets and e-newsletters. Personally closing over 350 deals as the VP of Global Sales at ScreamingMedia, Jim was an instrumental part of the company's hyper-growth phase leading up to its IPO in 2000 and eventual sale to CBS MarketWatch in 2004.

James Vaughn - Vice President, Software Engineering

Mr. Vaughn brings over 10 years of experience in digital media software development, with a specialization in audio/video capture, network video distribution, digital rights management and voice technologies. Before joining Critical Mention, Mr. Vaughn served as Chief Technology Officer for Metrocommute, where he was responsible for establishing a nationwide traffic video distribution system, expanding coverage to 12 national markets and developing partnerships with major clients including Palm, NAVTEQ, hiptop and TeleAtlas.

Michael Johnston - Vice President, Network Operations

Mr. Johnston was previously at Porfg, LLC, a NYC-based Internet portal, where he was responsible for architecting and implementing the organization's large-scale Internet infrastructure, including high-performance web and database clustering solutions. Previously, he was an Associate Director at Bear Stearns (NYSE:BSC) where he led the design and development of firm-wide content management and imaging systems. Prior to that, Mr. Johnston founded Morse Telecommunication, Inc., one of the earliest full-service Linux distribution and support organizations.

Andy Minkstein - Product Manager

Mr. Minkstein, who holds degrees in information systems and international business, is a graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He began his career in the start-up world as a Product Manager at Critical Mention. Critical Mention is a real-time business intelligence platform that allows users to search the nation's television content as easily as you would search Google. While at Critical Mention, Andy was responsible for the design and launch of several new products that accelerated the company's growth through a series B financing round and from ten to over forty employees.
